MemeGod Studio is an AI-powered meme generation platform that allows users to create images and videos using artificial intelligence technology (Google Gemini API). We provide:

• Text-to-image meme generation
• Text-to-video meme generation
• Image editing and remixing tools
• Credit-based usage system
• Subscription tiers (Free, Memelord, Gigachad)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You can sign up using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

3.2 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

4. Credits & Subscriptions

4.1 Credit System

Our Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content. Credit costs vary based on:

• Watermarks on all outputs

4.3 Paid Subscriptions

• MEMELORD ($9.99/mo): 1,000 monthly credits, no watermarks, 4K/1080p, FREE Magic Editor
• GIGACHAD ($24.99/mo): 2,500 monthly credits, all MEMELORD features, 50% off credit purchases
• 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Credits roll over up to tier-specific caps
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled

4.4 Refunds

All credit purchases and subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we determine in our sole discretion. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Create sexually explicit content involving minors
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spread misinformation or deepfakes intended to deceive
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• That content will meet your expectations
